Approval & Final Product Disclaimer

Once your artwork, design, and colors are submitted and approved, we will strive to reproduce them as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, material texture, or printing are possible due to technical and production limitations. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these potential minor differences and understand that such variations do not constitute grounds for rejection or dispute.

Payment, Order Processing & Cancellations

Production will not begin until full payment has been received, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Payment can be made via credit card or any other approved payment method. Proof of payment may be required.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 4 hours of confirming your purchase. Cancellation may incur a processing fee calculated as a percentage of your order total.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the products. Claims will only be considered for damaged or defective items. To be eligible for review, products must not be altered or used.

Product Boxes Wholesale does not offer cash refunds or full returns once printing has been completed. If the issue is our fault, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. If the concern is not due to our error, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
