If the problem is not caused by us, we will not be held responsible, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

However, minor variations in color, pattern, or texture may occur due to production limitations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible variations and agree not to hold Product Boxes Wholesale liable for slight color differences.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

Work on your order will begin only after full payment has been received, including all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Payments can be made via credit card or other approved online payment methods.

Proof of payment must be provided as a hard copy or digital receipt.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing it. Cancellations are subject to a small processing fee based on the total order amount.
